For years, Vangie has fought tirelessly to keep her son’s case from being forgotten — organizing searches, speaking publicly, and advocating within the Missing and Murdered Indigenous People movement. Her relentless pursuit of justice helped keep national attention on Zachariah’s case, which has since led to federal charges being filed. Vangie continues to use her voice to honor her son and support other families still seeking answers.
